At HALOCOUTURE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair transformation; however, due to the nature of our professional-grade extensions, all returns must be unopened and in their original factory seal to maintain hygiene standards.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your HALO extension is in its original, unopened packaging with the security seal intact, as we cannot accept returns on hair that has been handled or worn.

  • 2.
    Request a Return Authorization

    Contact our support team or your authorized HALOCOUTURE stylist within 14 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Package Your Return

    Securely pack your item including the original invoice and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to ensure efficient processing.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team verifies the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
